Who
Inbodhi Yoga Zürich is directed by Dana who leads all weekly classes and events in Zürich. She has found Yoga as a teenager and has ever since practiced accomplishing her endurance (mainly running and cycling) training. Through Yoga Teacher Training with Inbodhi trainers, she has found a deeper connection to Ashtanga and Vinyasa as taught by Larry "Rocketman" Schultz, but also Yoga Off the Mat tools that are coming from the Center of Excellence and learned in the Inbodhi 300hr training.
She has practiced and studied with many of the leading teachers from the Inbodhi - A Yoga Circle and is grateful to share the love of the practice in her hometown, Zürich, and grow the Inbodhi commUNITY.
