Rocket Vinyasa Sequences
Rocket 1

Rocket 1 is one of the foundational sequences of the Rocket Yoga method – a dynamic, breath-driven practice inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. This class focuses on legs, shoulders and core strength, blending poses from the Primary and Second Series in an accessible and empowering way. The pace is steady and uplifting, supporting nervous system activation while offering space for inner awareness and self-exploration. Variations and modifications are always welcome, allowing each student to move with freedom, creativity and presence. Rocket 1 invites you to breathe with intention, move with purpose, and connect deeply with your own inner energy.

Rocket 2

Rocket 2 is an energizing and playful sequence that blends postures from the Primary, Second and Third Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The focus is on arm strength, deep backbending, and hip opening. This class invites you to explore your edges with curiosity and joy, always honoring your body and breath. With fluid transitions and optional advanced poses, Rocket 2 helps you cultivate focus, vitality and inner grounding. It’s a dynamic journey of strength, lightness and transformation. Every breath is an act of awareness. Every movement, an invitation to freedom.
