Tallinn Upside Down Inversions Workshop

WHAT?

Welcome to the renewed Inbodhi Inversions workshop in Tallinn Inbodhi studio. In these workshops, we will break down the inversions and arm balances from rocket vinyasa sequences as practised at Inbodhi yoga. We will be studying, sharing, and practising different variations of arm balances and inversions but also addressing the emotional aspect of overcoming the fear of going upside down. We will start from the ground and move up, building our foundation, strength, and alignment on the mat.

All levels are welcome! Yoga will meet you where you are, as you are.

WHEN?

Saturday's workshop will cover the foundation of inversions, especially handstands, offering different variations as to where to start. Sunday we will build on this knowledge breaking down the arm balances and transitions you would like to learn as practised in the rocket vinyasa sequences.
