ROCKET invites you to explore the balance between strength & flexibility, between structure and play — between grounding and lift-off.

This is an unique way to wake up the teacher within you, and quiet the critic inside.

Rooted in the ancient Ashtanga lineage - liberated through a modern, inclusive approach,

the Rocket practice encourages you to move with freedom and integrity, explore transitions - become curious and discover lightness — on and off your mat.

Expect fluidity, laughter and sense of lightness - as well as empowerment that can extend far beyond your practice on the mat

What We’ll Experience:

• Fun transitions & creative movement

• Handstands, pinchas, and jump through/backs made accessible

• A blend of foundation and free exploration

• Focus on joint integrity and healing breath & movement synchronization

• A spiritual yet playful time on the mat, pair work and overall expansion of what’s possible
