Pre-required training: YA 200hours
In this training we’ll deepen all the Main Ingredients of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice and the philosophy and teachings of 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga on and off the mat.
You will learn about the history of Ashtanga, through a modern perspective and as it was taught by the Rocketman Larry Schultz. Your practice will never be the same again, and the practice will start to change the way you live your life.

Tuition 5 Day Module Training:
Early bird tuition: 650€ +7% paid by 4.2.2026 (paid fully by then)
Full tuition: 750€ +7% paid fully by the 1st day of the training
