In this training we’ll deepen all the Main Ingredients of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice and the philosophy and teachings of 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga on and off the mat.
You will learn about the history of Ashtanga, and the lineage of the Rocket. Your practice will never be the same again, and the practice will start to change the way you live your life.
Sequences covered during Module 1 Training: Full and Modified Primary & Rocket 1.
Pre-requirement to join the 1st module:
- - Inbodhi / IY 200Hr graduation
- - YA200 graduation & INBODHI ONLINE weekend
