Using a gentle intuitive method of connection, it is not necessary to delve psychologically into our past. We can bring lasting healing through an ongoing relationship with our inner child.

Transformational Breath

Breath is life and forms the heart of yoga and many other somatic practices. The way we breathe reflects the way we live - so when we learn how to breathe differently, we can create transformation in other parts of our experience.

Transformational Breath is a powerful self-healing tool which combines full conscious connected diaphragmatic breathing with movement, sound and hands-on facilitation in order to help us integrate on a physical, emotional and mental level.... and often, one of the first things we heal is our relationship with our inner child.

Golden Web Retreat
